A Prayer—For All The Saints
Father I pray that you fill the people of God with the knowledge of your will. Lavish upon us a spirit of wisdom, and revelation, so that we know may know your great love, your sovereignty, your power, your glory, and know your Son.
I pray that we, your saints, will stop doubting and believe in the power of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ; and may this faith forever change us so that we walk with you in a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
As we walk with you, O God, by faith and not by sight, may you grant us our hearts desire for a deeper more intimate and obedient relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord. And I pray that you would pour out on the House of God, a spirit of grace and supplication so that we may faithfully besiege your throne will all kinds of prayers and requests, even as we keep on praying for all the saints.
May the Revelation of Jesus Christ dominate your Church! May the word of God and the testimony of Jesus saturate the minds and hearts of your saints!
We know Lord that the harvest is plentiful and the workers are so few. So we ask that you, as Lord of the Harvest, send out workers in every Church on earth to do your will, especially prayer-workers.
So Lord God as we carry out your work here on earth I pray that you strengthen the Saints with all power according to your glorious might so that we may have great endurance in carrying out your will; grant us great patience as we wait upon you in faithful prayer; and may the fruits of the Spirit dominate each and every ministry of Christ here on earth.
For we give thanks that you have rescued us from the dominion of darkness to do your will. We also thank you that although we were dead in our sin and transgressions you made us alive with Christ. So we lay these prayers and petitions for the saints before you with thanksgiving as we delight in the gospel bearing much fruit and growing all over the world.
I also pray for peace for the saints, which transcends all understanding; and may you guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus as we wait patiently for the glorious appearance of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.
Toward this end, O God, we labor and we strive, for we have put our hope in you, the living God, who is the Savior of all men.
In Jesus name I pray,
Amen
