Oneness--Praying Scriptures—A Special Prayer Wednesday 12/5/2012
A Prayer--of Love

Father, we thank you for showing your love among us by sending your one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. I praise you Father that this is indeed your great love for us. It is not as if we loved you, but that you loved us and sent your Son Jesus as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Thank you Lord God for this gift of life! Thank you Lord! Thank you!

Although mankind has never seen you God, nor has it heard your voice or seen your form, we ask you to enable us O God to obey your command to love one another; and we give thanks to you Father that you our God live in us and your love is made complete in us by the love we have for one another.

Therefore we know and we testify that out of your deep love for us you sent your Son Jesus to be the Savior of the world. And we will further testify Lord, and give thanks, that whoever acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, has your assurance that you our precious God lives in them and them in God.

And so Lord, teach us to know and rely on this deep love that you our God have for us because you, O God, are love. Teach us, O Lord, to live in love and live in you our God; and Father we give thanks that you our God in turn will live in us. In this way make love complete among us so that we will have confidence on the Day of Judgment, because in this world we are like you, as ambassadors of Christ

We know also Father that there is no fear in love. So we pray that your perfect love drive all fear from us because the one who fears is not made perfect in love.

We love you Father, because you first loved us. So may we love others Lord for anyone who does not love his others, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And you have given us this command to obey God, and may we obey it with all our heart: Whoever loves God must also love others.
In Christ Name I Pray
Amen
