Oneness--Praying Scriptures—A Special Prayer Wednesday 1/2/2013
A Prayer—God my Deliverer 

I love you, O Lord, my strength for you are my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, you are my shield; you are the horn of my salvation; and you are my stronghold.

I cry out to you Lord, for you are worthy of praise, and you saved me from the enemy. The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction tried to overwhelm me. The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me. In my distress I called to you Lord Jesus Christ; I cried to my God for help. 

From heaven you heard my voice; my cry came before you. You reached down from on high and took hold of me; you drew me out of the deep waters of sin and death. You rescued me from the power of the enemy, for you are my mighty deliverer.

You brought me out into the spaciousness and mercy of Jesus Christ; you rescued me since you delighted in me because of Christ. The Lord God has dealt with me according to my righteousness in Jesus Christ; according to the cleanness of my hands because of the Cross. 

The Lord God lives! Praise be to God my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior! He is the God who saves me, Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the Saints; I will sing the praises of your Holy name.
